Asphalt Paving, Sealcoating & More • Lehigh Valley, PA
Good Pavement Starts Below the Surface.
Most paving problems start with what’s underneath, not what’s on top. Whether it’s a new driveway, a parking lot that needs restriping, or asphalt that needs sealing or patching, we start with the prep work other contractors skip.

The Name Behind Legacy Paving
I’m Larry Diehl, and when you call Legacy Paving, you’re talking to the person who will be there when the trucks arrive. We don’t believe in “salesmen” who disappear once the contract is signed.
To us, pavement isn’t just blacktop. Whether it’s a driveway, a parking lot, or a repair job, it’s an investment in your property and the people who use it every day. We treat every project like it’s being done for our own family—with precision, honesty, and a level of care that’s becoming rare in this industry.
Straight Talk From Larry Diehl
When Resurfacing Makes Sense (And When It Doesn’t)
“If your base is crumbling, a new layer of asphalt is just a short-term fix. I would rather lose the job than sell you something that will not last.”
Resurfacing makes sense only if the structure is solid. If I tell you it will not work, it is because I do not want my name on a job that will not last.
