About Legacy Paving PA
Legacy Paving PA provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, patching, striping, and related pavement services in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. This website is for general information and to request estimates. It does not create a contract for construction work.
Estimates and proposals
Information on this site, including photos and descriptions, is for general guidance. An estimate request is not an order. Scope, price, and schedule are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract that both parties accept.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code
- Attempt to access areas of the site or servers you are not authorized to use
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Paving PA and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability related to site use is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us through the site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Legacy Paving PA from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
